What art file format do you need?
Vector preferred — AI, EPS, or PDF/X-1a. PSD/PNG accepted for raster art (photos, gradients) at 300 DPI minimum at print size. We'll review your file and flag any issues before quoting.
Whether you need 200 boxes for an Amazon launch or 50,000 master cases for a Costco rollout, the custom-print question always comes down to two things: which press makes the unit economics work, and how do we hit your exact brand color.
Most brands don't realize their volume is the input that picks the press, not the other way around. A 500-unit influencer drop on flexo costs more per unit than digital. A 50,000-unit retail run on digital costs 4× what offset would. Match the press to the run.
Brand color is not a vibe. It's a number. Send us your Pantone (PMS) target, your CMYK, or your existing approved sample, and we run press proofs against a calibrated colorimeter before pulling the trigger. Color report attached to your shipping paperwork.

Yes on offset (spot color), close on flexo + digital (extended gamut hits ~98% of PMS). For brand-critical colors, we recommend offset — the spot-color run delivers a true match every time, no drift between runs.
Yes. Send your art and our pre-press team applies bleed, dieline, and safety margins automatically. We send a digital proof for your approval before tooling is cut.
Beyond CMYK, extended-gamut presses add orange, green, and violet inks — letting digital + flexo hit ~98% of Pantone colors that pure CMYK can't reach. Means you can usually skip spot color (and the cost) for most brand colors.
Yes — full-color flexo on corrugated is common now. Quality won't match a glossy folding carton, but it's high enough that brands like ButcherBox and HelloFresh ship with full photographic shippers. We'll show you a sample of recent work.
